How do you want to WELCOME the NEW year?

If you’re ready to begin 2026 gently, with intention, and in the company of like-hearted community, this mini retreat is for you.

We’ll spend the afternoon together in a cozy, candle-lit space — moving, journaling, reflecting, and casting visions for what you want to call in during 2026. You’ll leave grounded, clear, and connected — with tools and rituals to support you through the year ahead.

What You’ll Experience:

2:00–3:30 pm | Flow Yoga Center 14th Street
We’ll begin with guided reflection, gentle movement, breathwork, and meditation to clear and center your energy.

3:30–4:00 pm | Transition to Allelo Coffeehouse P Street
Sip something warm, enjoy a nourishing small bite, settle in with your journal, and sink into the next layer of the experience.

4:00–6:00 pm | Workshop and Ritual

Led by Catherine and Megan, this guided session includes:

  • A beautifully designed, printed Intentional Year workbook

  • Journaling and reflection prompts (word of the year, what to invite in + release, how to set 6 heart-centered goals, and the roadmap to create them)

  • A Tarot reading, featuring the Wheel of Fortune as your guide for the year ahead

  • Tools to find your personal Tarot card of the year

The Vibe:

Think cozy sweaters, candles, incense, soft music, good coffee/tea, and community.
You’ll be surrounded by kind, open-hearted people — each of us creating space to reconnect with ourselves and the year we want to live into.

Wear comfortable clothes. Bring your journal and a pen. We’ll provide everything else.
