INVESTMENT
$75 / HOUR with a two-hour minimum rental

A $75 one-hour deposit fee is non-refundable and applies to the total event cost.

The beverage package add-on is $10 per person for unlimited coffee and tea.
We believe creativity and community should be accessible. Sliding scale pricing is available for grassroots groups, mutual aid collectives, and community-led initiatives.
